At HealthTeam Advantage, we take our “community connections” seriously. We’re proud to partner with local nonprofits to sponsor a wide variety of community events each year — everything from the Senior Games and Triad Honor Flight to monthly movies and bingo. Simply put, it’s part of our mission to improve the health and well-being of North Carolina communities.

Our Community Outreach Supervisor
As a recreation therapist and activities director in senior care for 18 years, Shelby Kline has seen the enormous benefits of being active, engaged, and stimulated in all walks of life. She loves being able to put a smile on someone’s face by engaging them in activities that they enjoy and find purposeful and fun.
In 2021, Shelby was hired as the Community Outreach Supervisor for HealthTeam Advantage. This position has allowed her to follow her passion in recreation therapy — to engage HealthTeam Advantage members and other seniors in the Triad area in the events and activities the company sponsors, making a difference in the lives of many.
